Beverly Krayneski
Upstairs Dancewear originated in Downtown Council Bluffs, IA and was founded by Donna Wood Schultz. It received its name because it was located "upstairs" on the second floor above Donna's Dance Studio.
In 2001, Bev Krayneski and her daughter Jennifer (Krayneski) Wollmann purchased the business and ran it together in Council Bluffs for several years. Eventually a second location was opened in Papillion, NE, where Bev worked and managed both locations. Eventually the Council Bluffs location came to a close and Bev continued to serve her customers at her Papillion location.

In 2020, Jennifer took over the business and, in 2021, moved it from 1222 Royal Drive to 1240 Royal Drive. This new location she nicknamed Bev's Upstairs Dancewear after her late, beloved mother. Bev's Upstairs Dancewear values all of its local customers that come from Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Omaha, Gretna, Millard, Elkhorn, and several parts of Iowa.
Customers loved Bev's enthusiastic personality and friendly customer service. Many people still walk in the door and share fond memories of Bev.
